Philippines Celebrate Bonifacio Day

Andres Bonifacio was a Filipino revolutionary leader; born: November 30, 1863 – May 10, 1897. He is the Father of the Philippine Revolution and one of the most prominent national heroes in the Philippines. Andres Bonifacio was the founder of the KKK “Kataastaasan Kagalang-galang na Katipunan nang manga Anak nang Bayan” or Katipunan. Andres Bonifacio aimed for the independence of our country against the Spaniards.

November 30 in memory of our hero Andres Bonifacio we Filipinos should thank him for his heroic attitude he fought for our Country’s Independence during the Filipino – Spanish war. As Philippines celebrated Bonifacio Day and it’s a public holiday, all Filipinos in all areas especially who is in the Government went to the monuments of Andres Bonifacio and offer him flowers to thank him for the heroic he did for us Filipinos.
